This was my second visit, last one was 8 years ago. Still the same owners. A lovely couple that gives a warm welcome. Room is warm and comfortable with an ensuite. Continental breakfast in your room is plentiful, just a shame I'm not a huge breakfast eater to do it justice
Paul and Sofia were very welcoming, All the basic foods you need, and cater for food allergies. Everything you need, all clean, even fridge and microwave. Only problem was bathroom was narrow.
A little gem of a find in busy clacton on sea where there are many establishments yku can stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the family owners. Went above & beyond anything i ecpected. Well done to you all for making my stay enjoyable. The cost of ensuit room very good & the continental breakfast in the room was plentiful & well thought out for any ones taste.. all facilities was 1st class. I will definatly return & already two of my friends are going to book in.

Couldn’t leave without leaving a most honest review! Paul gave a warm welcoming with our request of an early check in which I was pleased about. Short but pleasurable stay, had a mini kitchen set up with more than you’ll need including a kettle, toaster and microwave even down to your cereals, teas, milks, biscuits… I’ve definitely missed out a lot more. Nicely sized bed, with a seating area in front with a view from the window with a nice soft breeze to complement a bit of television and a complementary fruit bowl in the morning. Cant express how much of a Lovley stay this was (thanks Paul for bringing up the takeaway to the door ). Will 100% be attending here again hopefully sooner than a month…
Can't believe only 2 star !! Clean & well maintained, comfy bed, nice room, fridge, microwave, ensuite, great breakfast. Friendly helpful host, highly recommend. Will defo be back.
